Description
This WLED based controller allows you to easily and affordably control 4 ports of WS281x pixels fused at 5A. WLED allows standalone playback of simple patterns on all attached LEDs or live control using E1.31, DDP, or other lighting network protocols. Each port can control 600 pixels for a total of 600*4=2400 (though you may experience chopping/glitches at higher pixel numbers depending on the framerate due to CPU and WiFi bottlenecks). WLED allows for multiple WLED controllers to be controlled together and also has built-in support with Xlights for easy setup and sequencing!
The ESP32 on this WirelessWLED controller comes pre-flashed with the latest version of WLED.
This controller works from 5V-24V. If you are using 5V pixels select the 5V voltage variant. If you will be using a pixel voltage above 5V please select the +5v variant with an onboard voltage regulator. You can change the voltage by adding/removing the voltage regulator and 5V solder bridge. This WirelessWLED controller will come fully assembled and tested for the voltage you select for easy installation and setup.
Wled Port Connections: Port1=GPIO2. Port2=GPIO1. Port3=GPIO3. Port4=GPIO4.
*there is an additional WS28xx data line output under the ESP32 that can be soldered to for a 5th LED output (no power or fuse)*
